Scotland, Single Malt Scotch Whisky 7 Years Old Armando Giovinetti, founder of Giovinetti & Figli, was an importer of single malt whiskies, including Glen Grant and Macallan. In the 1990s, he imported this extremely rare bottling of Macallan, aged for 7 years in ex-sherry casks. The nose has a deep and elegant presence of almonds and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is smooth with notes of orange peel and almonds. It concludes with a pleasant finish characterized by notes of hazelnuts, wood, and caramel. Aged in Jerez sherry casks 75cl; 40% ABV Level: Below the neck (WN), standard fill level. Condition report: Label and capsule in perfect condition. ------------------------------- Negli anni ‘90 importò questo rarissimo imbottigliamento di Macallan invecchiato 7 anni in botti ex-sherry. Al naso ha una profonda ed elegante presenza di mandorle e nocciole tostate. Al palato è morbido con note di buccia d’arancia e mandorle. Si conclude in un finale piacevole caratterizzato da note di nocciole, legno e caramello. Invecchiato in botti di sherry di Jerez 75 cl; 40% vol.
