Black....first edition....Original blue cloth binding embellished with gilt lettering & red, green & yellow ornamentation. Illustrated with 75 brilliantly colored plates of author's watercolors of the Riviera. With 75 full page color illustrations printed by Messrs. Carl Hentschel, Ltd., with captioned tissue guards, top edge gilt and still bright. Spine lightly sunned, boards overall very good. Inside complete, scattered stains/foxing but text readable, some stains also on some tissue guards, plates very good!!! Map very good.
