Massimo Rattalino Barolo Bussia Thirty-five 2017. Produced in the renowned Bussia area in Monforte d'Alba, this Barolo DOCG is made 100% from Nebbiolo Taste Profile: It is described as a soft, elegant and voluminous wine, with an enveloping alcoholic strength. Olfactory Notes: The nose has hints of ripe red fruit, blueberries and blackberries, with a light spicy finish. Ageing: Matures from 3 to 4 years in tonneaux (depending on the vintage), followed by 6 months in steel tanks and another 6 months in bottle. Pairings: It goes perfectly with red meats, roasts, game, braised meats and aged cheeses. The recommended service temperature is 18-20°C
