This Oris is a hand-wound pointer-date watch from the Swiss maker Oris, with the characteristic red-tipped date hand.

The white dial carries gold-tone Arabic numerals and a date scale around the edge, signed Oris 17 Jewels.

The round case with gold-tone finish and stainless steel back is fitted to a gold-tone bracelet. The gold-tone colour is a surface finish rather than solid gold.

A classic Swiss mechanical design of interest to enthusiasts of Oris.
