As one of the final and most sophisticated M42 Pentax bodies before the K-mount era, it is a landmark of the classic screw-mount system and pairs beautifully with Super-Multi-Coated Takumar lenses. Mount & Compatibility This lens uses the universal M42 (42mm screw) mount and is a manual-focus lens. It fits any M42-mount film SLR. Thanks to the M42 standard, it adapts easily and inexpensively to virtually any modern mirrorless camera (Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, Canon RF, Nikon Z, etc.) with a simple M42 adapter, making it a versatile choice for digital shooters.
