Giare Amarone is a Trentino grappa made by the Marzadro distillery. It is an important product and for connoisseurs, it is obtained by distilling in a bain-marie with a discontinuous still a blend of the pomace that makes up the famous Amarone della Valpolicella wine, namely Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The fresh grappa obtained from the first distillation is then placed to refine in 500 liter oak barrels for 36 months (i.e. 3 years), during this period the wood transmits and instills new complex sensations in addition to the characteristic golden color; a master distiller takes care of checking the quality of the product all this time by periodically analyzing the composition and aromas to make sure that everything is going well. Pouring it reveals its broad and decisive aroma, while on the palate it is perfectly harmonious with an enveloping body and a persistent finish.
