- Nine Leaves White - Last Drops is the last spirit bottled before the distillery's final closure.
A delicious combination of power and delicacy, this expression stands out for its oxidative character and aromas of fresh cane. The nose is rich and dense, revealing notes of honey, cane sugar, rose, and apricot, in a highly concentrated palette that lingers with notes of anise and menthol, with a layer of licorice on the finish. The palate is lively and rounded, becoming creamier as it reveals notes of fresh cane juice, lemon, and fermentation mash, with medicinal and mustard nuances gradually developing. The finish is energetic and persistent, increasingly reminiscent of sugarcane.

On the nose, the ex-Bourbon version is refined and ethereal, supported by notes of sandalwood and eucalyptus, with an aromatic palette that opens with tropical fruit, toasted nuances, and praline, and evolves into floral aromas of brown sugar and marshmallow.
