Crafted from a blend of Humagne Rouge and Cabernet Franc in Valais, our cuvée draws its strength from a high-altitude terroir and from the alliance of two alchemies, Swiss vinification and Malagasy cacao. At the heart of this creation lies the white Criollo cacao bean, cultivated without chemicals by more than 500 small producers in Madagascar, sharing with the grape the richness of its polyphenols and the complexity of its aromas.
