Produced in small batches on the island of Negros, Don Papa Port Quincentennial embodies the Don Papa distillery's pursuit of excellence. This second commemorative edition, inspired by Ferdinand Magellan's first circumnavigation of the globe, follows the success of the 2021 vintage. The blend combines rums aged for 7 years, benefiting from the unique volcanic climate of Mount Kanlaon, before a refined maturation in bourbon casks (2 years) and then ruby ​​port casks (5 years). This double maturation gives the rum an exceptional aromatic richness, where notes of licorice, spices, and caramel mingle.
