Shipping is handled by Japan Post, and delivery typically takes 10–20 days, depending on the destination.
The item will be securely packed with bubble wrap and shipped with great care.
A tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched.

Returns or cancellations due to customs issues or refusal to accept delivery will not be accepted.

-Important Notice for Shipping to Italy
International deliveries to Italy may take longer than to other EU countries due to customs clearance and local postal procedures.
For Italy, EMS shipping is used, which results in a higher shipping cost.
Even when using EMS, delivery may take approximately 2–6 weeks, and in some cases up to 3–10 weeks or longer.
Please note that delays after dispatch are caused by customs and the shipping carrier and are beyond the seller’s control.

Due to current restrictions by Japan Post, postal services (EMS / international parcel) to the United States are limited.
