The figure is depicted facing forward in official attire, surrounded by a circular halo, with details of the garment and insignia still discernible despite age and wear. The presence of such an imperial official on standardized weights reflects direct governmental oversight of commercial weights and measures used throughout the empire. The surface displays an attractive aged patina with ancient green oxidation deposits characteristic of long-term bronze burial and preservation.
