Only stainless steel and cement vats are used, along with a 15-day post-harvest maceration process, to create a wine that's easy to drink, bringing us straight to the taste of true Nebbiolo, without frills, typical of the Roero region: dry, refined, elegant, with spicy aromas. ___________ The images of our auctions, represent the bottles actually offered for sale have been realized by our staff and are exactly the bottles that you will receive at home!
