He was a painter of Argentine origin who spent most of his life in Italy and espessionaly in South France where he settled permanently in 1934. In 1968, Richard received the International Grand Prize for Painting. He is a self-taught artist with a very personal style, a painting of light and shadow that are often juxtaposed blonde and brown to create an atmosphere of mystery.
