Elegant French porcelain dinner service, decorated with delicate floral garlands and fine gilt accents. The serving platters bear the Bac et Périgault backstamp (1897–1917). The tureen and covered vegetable dish are marked Guérin (1891–1927), while the covered sauce boat is marked Théodore Haviland (1892). The dinner plates are unmarked, which is typical for French porcelain of this period, and are believed to be original Bac et Périgault pieces. The differently marked serving pieces were most likely added later to complete the service. One smaller oval dish has a visible chip on the underside. The open sauce boat has two chips. One soup plate has a chip and a crazing line.
