Eliza Kołodziej (b. 2000, Poland) “Still Life with Orange Drapery”, 2018 Oil on canvas 100 × 70 cm This painting earned the artist guaranteed admission to the Academy of Fine Arts of her choice in Poland after receiving distinction at the National Art Review “Dłużew 2019”, one of the country's leading competitions for young artists. Rather than celebrating technical skill alone, the composition is built around a simple observation. Under a warm spotlight, the orange drapery seems almost to catch fire, while a pear and several walnuts recede into the cooler shadows. The composition is seen from above, turning a simple still life into a study of light, colour and perspective. The painting will be shipped rolled in secure, multi-layered packaging with an insured, tracked delivery and a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.
