Fabulous vintage hand mixer from Alesso in Italy. The mixer "wands" look like squid tentacles. I love this piece! Designed in the 1990s by Marta Sansoni, It is currently out of production. It makes home made mayonaise like nobody's business. Fantastic collectors piece and great kitchen workhorse. Precious gift for the newlywed or housewarming. The handle on the top adds a full 5 1/2 inches to the piece, including the handle it stands just a bit over 10 inches tall. It has a glass container with measurements in grams, pounds, pints in fluid measures--It lists Sugar, Flour and Fluids separately as they should be measured to have your baked goods come out perfectly. This piece is in perfect vintage condition.
