The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their aromatic intensity. The juices are obtained after direct pressing. Each plot is pressed and vinified separately, and the work carried out in the cellar is adapted to each tank. After alcoholic fermentation, the wines are tasted and then blended for a first bottling in early December. Tasting notes Color : Intense rose. Nose : Rich and intense, offers a blend of white pulp fruit and flowers with subtle spicy notes. Mouth :Well balanced and generous, perfect mix of roundness and freshness with a long fruity finish.
