The stop-down meter responds: about -1.1 EV at EV12 and -1.5 EV at EV15 — set the film speed a step lower to compensate, or use an external meter. The 1/1000 speed measured fast (1/1870) — allow for about half a stop at the top speed. 3. Only some dust inside the lens; optics are otherwise clear.
