Ce vase couvert en faïence de style Delft présente un décor floral et géométrique foisonnant peint à la main dans des tons de bleu cobalt, de jaune safran et de vert olive sur un fond blanc. La panse de type balustre est surmontée d' un couvercle amovible coiffé d' un bouton de préhension en pointe. Sous la base, l' objet comporte un marquage peint en noir comprenant les lettres O.U.D. au - dessus d' un dessin stylisé représentant un tour de potier composé de trois lignes horizontales et de petits cercles, complété en dessous par la mention manuscrite Delft.
