Elena Paraskevas verk finns i institutionella och företagskollektioner, inklusive Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götalands regeringen), Boston Hospital, USA (storskalig installation på 500 cm vid ingången till Barncanceravdelningen), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), och andra institutionella och företagskollektioner.
Hennes arbete har visats på EUROPEAN PARLIAMENTET i Bryssel, likväl som på stora biennaler (såsom Florence Biennale) och gallerier i NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Sao Paolo ( Brasilien), Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena med mera.
År 2026 valdes hennes verk ut att tilldelas/visas av två fotografiska legender, Christopher Morris ( den erkände fotografen som tillbringade 30 år på TIME Magazine, inklusive nio år som bevakade Vita huset) och Magnum-fotografen Alec Soth, allmänt ansedd som en av de mest inflytelserika levande fotograferna.
Hon har utsetts till International Photographer of the Year (2024 / 2023 / 2021 / 2018) av fyra olika internationella fotografiska sällskap.
Hon har fått internationell erkännande och stora priser från Hasselblad Masters, World Masters of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix de la Photographie Paris, International Photography Awards (IPA), Neutral Density Awards och många andra.
Sedan 2021 har hon varit jurymedlem för FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS — bedömd tillsammans med kuratorer från Fotografiska Museum och Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography — samt som domare i flera internationella fotografi-tävlingar varje år. Hon är även tidigare Adobe-instruktör och ambassadör.
