Filatelistiskt fodral från Loewe, med guldpräglat märke "Loewe Madrid – Barcelona" på insidan av locken och vid kanten. Eftersom märket och stilen indikerar före det tväranagram som introducerades 1970, kan det dateras till 1950-tal eller början av 1960-talet.

Vi har inte kunnat hitta någon liknande pjäs på marknaden: varken på specialiserade sajter eller hos antikhandlare har vi funnit ett annat Loewe-filatelistiskt fodral med denna utrustning. En ovanlig möjlighet för samlare.

Det är klätt utvändigt i korkbränt läder med ett mässingsplakett med bokstaven "M". Inuti är det rött läder med persikofärgad moiré-tyll och gröna sammetfack. Beslagen är i mässing och fodret har en lås med dess originalnyckel. Locket bär ett förgylldt postmotiv med ett spanskt 5 cts Calderón de la Barca-stämpel.

Det behåller sin originalutrustning:

• Odontometer Philos, med skala 7 till 16½.
• Pincetter.
• Svart bricka för filigranar.
• Två glasskålar med lock.
• Två läderplånböcker med klicklås.
• Ett dolt lådfack med fasta gångjärn.

En ovanlig pjäs som tilltalar både Loewe-samlare och filatelister.

Skick: bra allmänt skick för sin ålder. Det finns lättare slitage på lädret och beslagen.

Philatelist's case by Loewe, gold-stamped "Loewe Madrid – Barcelona" inside the lid and on the rim. The script mark predates the 1970 anagram, which points to the 1950s or early 1960s.

We have not been able to locate any comparable piece on the market: neither on specialist platforms nor among antique dealers have we found another Loewe philatelic case with this equipment. An uncommon opportunity for collectors.

The exterior is cognac grained leather with a brass "M" plaque. The interior is red grained leather with peach moiré silk lining and green velvet compartments. It has brass hardware and a lock with its original key. The lid carries a gilt postal motif with a Spanish 5 cts Calderón de la Barca stamp.

It keeps its original equipment:

• Philos perforation gauge, scale 7 to 16½.
• Tweezers.
• Black watermark tray.
• Two glass dishes with lids.
• Two leather wallets with snap closures.
• A hidden drawer with stamp hinges.

An uncommon piece that appeals to both Loewe and philately collectors.

Condition: good for its age, with light wear to the leather and hardware.
