A gold ( 17,06 Karat ) gilded terracotta standing Buddha travelling talisman votive plaque from the ancient Indochinese culture, Siamese or Laotian second millennium AD . In good condition. It has been cleaned by hand, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Traces of use and age on its surface. Purchased mid 90's in Bangkok/Thailand by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
