Up for auction is a nice 1943 copy of the United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-333 entitled "Chinese Language Guide". It t covers many useful Chinese words and phrases as required for the invasion of Japanese held terrority as well as Chinese volunteers in the US Army and has a lot of cartoons. Also contains a printed map. Great comics. These booklets were issued to the troops just prior to the invasion of Japanese held territory, to facilitate interrogation and communication of/between Chinese POW's, locals etc. See photo's for condition, as they are part of the description.
