Each POPCHIP is a unique, hand-painted artwork on a small canvas, mixing my double-stencil technique with an instinctive and expressive background. This collection was also designed with a modular spirit: every POPCHIP can stand alone as an artwork, but several pieces can be combined to form a larger visual ensemble — like a personal mosaic. I wanted to reinterpret her enigmatic gaze through the language of stencil art, letting the softness of her expression emerge from layered tones of violet, turquoise and soft blue. The textured, atmospheric background enhances her timeless calm, while the sharp stencil contrasts bring a contemporary edge to this classical masterpiece.
