I've received The Encounters and it's fantastic. I love it. The excelent and careful packing protected perfectly the sculpture. I feel very happy and grateful.

Wederom wat kunnen kopen. Verzending ging goed. Maar let op omdat het uit Zwitserland komt komt er nog BTW bij. Het kunstwerk was zeer goed verpakt in een houten kist.

Tussen aankoop en aankomst zat 9 dagen. De verpakking was wel beschadigd, maar de inhoud was goed. Wat tegenviel is dat er ook nog invoerrechten betaald moest worden. Omdat het uit Zwitserland kwam

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass das Paket so lange gebraucht hat. um bei Ihnen anzukommen, und dazu erst noch in einem beschädigten Zustand.

Gottseidank ist Ihr wunderschönes Kunstwerk unbeschädigt und in einwandfreiem Zustand angekommen. 

Wieviel Zollgebühren Ihr Land für bestellte und eingeführte Pakete verrechnet, ist leider ausserhalb unseres Einflussbereiches. Und es ist Aufgabe des Käufers, das vorrangig abzuklären. Wir danken Ihnen ganz herzlich für Ihr Verständnis.

Wir tun jeweils unser Bestes, um unseren Kunden einen optimalen Service zu gewähren. Und freuen uns immer über ein positives Feedback und über eine positive Bewertung.

Schade, dass Sie sich dazu entschieden haben, uns ein "neutral" als Bewertung zu geben, für Dinge, die ausserhalb unserer Verantwortung liegen.

High shipping cost, but good packaging. Late sending. Because it's sent from outside EU, expect to pay import duties of 6% + €13 handling at delivery when bought from EU country.

Please allow me to inform you that you are not honest and not fair.

You did receive your goods, packed in a beautiful crate. Did you pay for that ?

The effective shipping costs of your parcel was way beyond CHF 75.00. 

If I had added the effective costs to manufacture the crate you received to the shipping costs you would have paid more than €80.00.

So don't be selfish or childish.

We did our best to give you optimum service - and would have loved to receive some gratitude.

Please try to learn this in your future life.

Op 20 december zou het item verstuurd worden. Het kreeg de status 'gepakt' Maar ik zie niet dat het verstuurd is en er is ook niets ontvangen of enig bericht van de leverancier.

First of all, we would like to thank all of our art friends and customers in Switzerland and all over the world for supporting our art work and projects over these years. We wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year 2017. And we are looking very much forward to welcome you again as customers and friends this year. 

We are just coming back from our New Year holiday and we are looking forward to working with you again. 

For the customers who had to wait a little bit longer due to holiday festivities and holidays, we thank you very much for your patience and your trust. All the delayed goods, the purchased art work, will all be sent to their respective owners this coming Friday with our partner SWISS POST AG. They will pick up the goods on Friday.
