They represent traditional Japanese craftsmanship and are well suited for collectors, restorers, or professionals familiar with vintage blades. This lot consists of three vintage Japanese kitchen knives, including Deba and Nakiri styles, all bearing authentic maker’s signatures.
They represent traditional Japanese craftsmanship and are well suited for collectors, restorers, or professionals familiar with vintage blades.

From left to right:

Left: Signed “Sugimoto” (杉本) – traditional Deba-style blade

Center: Signed “Yasumitsu-saku” (保光作) – Deba-style knife
