Heures 14K GOLD Minute Repeater Chronograph Savonette Case - Pocket Watch - 101172 - 1850-1900

Very Rare Heures 14K Gold Minute Repeater Chronograph Savonette Pocket Watch – Geneva 1896: An exceptional and highly collectible Heures pocket watch, crafted around 1896, featuring a minute repeater and chronograph complication in a solid 14K gold savonette (hunter) case. This impressive timepiece, measuring 60 mm in diameter, is a true masterpiece of 19th-century Swiss horology. Movement: Swiss-made minute repeater chronograph movement, protected by an inner dust cover with additional crystal. When the slide lever on the case side is pressed, the watch audibly chimes the hours, quarters, and minutes with a rich, resonant tone. The movement runs smoothly and all functions operate correctly. Case: Solid 14K gold hunter-style case with stunning inner engravings and award medallions marked GENÈVE 1896, PARIS 1889.
