An elegant HERDA (Amsterdam) table lamp in a great condition. The elegant hexagonal column armature of the lamp is crafted from brass metal and has a polished finish with some nice patina, in line with the age of the lamp. The striped tapered oval cover is in good condition, with just a few minor spots on the linen fabric. The lamp is in a perfect working order. Herda Verlichting BV (1946 - 1997) was a Dutch lighting factory founded by the Daniels brothers in 1946, with its main location in Amsterdam and a second branch in Tilburg. Herda worked with some well-known Dutch designers from the studio in Amsterdam, including some top designers like Willem van Oyen.
