Lots of fine scars/scratches are in fact proof of real true antique vintage, as they cannot be avoided occurring after long term usage of more than half century. During the test period Dec.21st to Dec.23rd the power reserve still shows more than 45 hours and time accuracy within 30seconds in 24 hours. So, the watch is in good condition overall since quick-day-set device still does work precisely, but weekday quick set does not work so it has to be set by rotating 2 hands. Very careful handling, when set the time/date, is required due to real vintage watch. The watch works properly but needs to be wound at your convenience daily by natural arm movement to keep more accurate time. It was functioning normally at the time of listing, so it should continue to function without any issues. Manual winding is not possible. • Time Setting: Pull the crown out one notch to adjust to correct time of hour/minute • Quick date change device: Push the crown into case firm enough to have a date changed • Fast-forwarding the date and day of the week between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM may cause malfunctions, so it is recommended that you set the watch to around 6:00 AM before operating it.
