The vineyard is composed of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Harvested by hand. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Its aging potential is 15 years. Only 3000 bottles are produced in this "drop" bottle format. The bottle tilts. Everything is done by hand, from bottling to corking, to gluing the labels. Our bottles are hand-waxed in the traditional manner. Each bottle is numbered for this limited edition. The bottles are delivered in their individual presentation boxes for a premium finish.
