水野蕪青 Mizuno Busei (b1874) Mizuno Busei was a Japanese painter born in Kochi Prefecture in 1874. His real name was Yasumi, and he also used the art names Kyojōan and Sanrakukyo. A student of the celebrated Kyoto master Takeuchi Seihō, he became known for his refined kachōga (bird‑and‑flower paintings) characterized by delicate brushwork and lyrical naturalism.
