Signed, John Darwell - Working Lives - 1986

A rare, signed early title by British documentary photographer John Darwell.

The book is in excellent condition, inside clean, no markings, no foxing, outside almost like new.

This photographic work taken from 1984 to 1986 looks at the clothing manufacturing industries around Stockport and South Manchester in Great Britain and concentrates on traditional industries and methods of manufacture. The majority of companies featured in this work have now ceased production.
