Biography Kuzuya Seizan (1930-) Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1930. First selected at the Gifu City Exhibition in 1960 with an oil painting. Later studied Japanese painting under Tsubouchi Settaro, then under Nitten artist Kojima Shiko. Active as a member of the Toyo Art Association. Specialized in bird-and-flower paintings, landscapes, and folding screens, holding many solo exhibitions.
