Agfa, Zeiss Ikon Optima / Optima Ia / Contessa 500 LK | Analoge Kamera

Optima I is a 35mm film viewfinder camera made by Agfa and produced between 1960-64. It is simpler and cheaper version of Optima original. Film speed (10-100 ASA) in model h1 and (10-200 ASA) in model h2 sets the shutter speed. Auto exposure control and manual settings for flash. Lens is Agfa Color-Agnar 45mm f/2.8 and the shutter is Prontor-Luxwith speeds 1/30-1/500 + B. It was sold as Agfamatic I in Canada Weight 642g Dimensions 130X95X67mm The Optima Ia is a 1962 model from the Optima series by Agfa. has an optical bright frame finder with parallax marks, a distance setting ring with symbols around the front lens element, and an aperture setting ring with separate aperture setting scales for B-mode or flash synchronized speed 1/30 seconds. The automatic exposure mode (A-mode, without flash) has to be switched on with the same ring. Film speed setting is possible only up to 200 ASA. The camera's bottom & back part can be removed very easily for loading the film. Film advance has to be done with a tiny advance lever. Other than the Optima I's lever it's mounted on the camera top. The exposure counter is readable from the side. Its advantage over the Optima I of 1960 is its hot shoe and maybe a different shutter. A similar model was the Agfa Agfamatic Ia. Weight 439g Dimensions 121X83X67mm Zeiss Ikon produced a series of 35mm cameras with this basic body in the 1960s. They made this one, the Contessa LK, from 1963 to 1965. It is packed with good stuff, starting with a highly regarded Carl Zeiss lens, a 50mm f/2.8 Tessar with, naturally, four elements in three groups. Its mechanical Pronto LK shutter operates from 1/15 to 1/500 second. You can set film speed up to 800 ASA. The lens focus scale is in meters, from 1 to infinity. On the back is a a sweet single-throw winding lever and a big, bright viewfinder. Weight 592g Dimensions 115X73X85mm Cameras has been quickly tested and are working, there may be hidden defects. The Item exhibits minor signs of usage and wear. You might notice small imperfections such as minor wear on the parts. These are minimal and don't detract from the overall appearance and functionality of the item. Note: not tested with film. Look carefully photos. Photos attached to the listing are part of this description. I describe to the best of my knowledge and belief. Since this is a private sale, I do not provide any warranty and do not offer a right of return- consider this before bidding!
