The aromatic is marked by marked mineral notes, crunchy white fruits, a lot of floral. The development in glass continues to evolve. The mouth is shaped in a very good acid/fat balance, diffusing beautiful flavors of flint and fresh quince.. 2 vintage 2019 : For the sec 2019, the crystalline dress reveals an ultra-mineral nose on gunflint. On the second nose, it is citrus that expresses itself with very fresh vegetal notes. On the palate, a very lively attack that stretches over a chalky and very vertical body. These wines are already delicious to drink, the 2030-35 horizon suits them very well too. Kept in air-conditioned cellar at 14°C.
