Seiko - "Speedmaster" Chronograph - Ohne mindestpreis - 7A28-7040 - Herren - 1983

EU-based professional seller — no import taxes for EU buyers. Get your hands on this vintage Seiko 7A28-7040 Speedmaster chronograph from April 1983. Serviced and guaranteed quartz chronograph with new crystal and strap. Model History: Introduced in 1983, the Seiko 7A28 series represents a milestone in watchmaking as the world’s first analog quartz chronograph. Unlike later mass-produced quartz movements, the 7A28 was fully metal-constructed, jeweled, and engineered for long-term serviceability. The reference 7A28-7040 is among the most recognisable versions, often referred to by collectors as the “Seiko Speedmaster” due to its balanced chronograph layout, tachymeter bezel, and professional tool-watch design. This example dates to April 1983, placing it in the early production period of this historically important model. Specifications: • Reference: 7A28-7040 • Production date: April 1983 • Movement: Seiko 7A28 quartz chronograph • Case material: Stainless steel • Case diameter: approx. 40.5 mm (excluding crown) • Lug-to-lug: approx. 43 mm • Lug width: 20 mm • Bezel: Bi-directional rotating tachymeter bezel • Dial: Black with black sub-dials • Crystal: New, scratch-free • Strap: New black pilot-style leather strap • Box & papers: Not included Condition: The watch is in used but well-preserved condition. The crystal has been replaced and is clear and scratch-free. The movement has been serviced, all chronograph functions operate properly, and new gaskets have been installed. Due to age, water resistance is not guaranteed. Supplied on a new leather strap with a 3-month functionality guarantee. I aim to capture the condition of the watch accurately. Please make sure to review the pictures closely before bidding. The watch has been completely serviced by a professional watchmaker and tested for full functionality. The water resistance of the watch cannot be guaranteed. Shipping from Budapest, Hungary with tracking and insurance.
