With vintages spanning 1974 to 2000, they were sent to France’s Cognac region for barrel selection and then moved into demijohns for further maturation. Named in tribute to a cognac tradition, the Paradise bottlings rest in glass demijohns, akin to housing some of the oldest cognacs. The mouth-blown glass bottles by Massimo Lunardon from Italy are adorned with Trinidadian artist Che Lovelace’s mesmerizing artworks, capturing the luxurious landscapes of Trinidad and Tobago.
