Small carved heart amulet in deep blue lapis lazuli, featuring a compact ovoid shape with stylized upper and lateral projections. The stone displays natural tonal variations and characteristic inclusions. Surface shows minor wear consistent with age.

In ancient Egyptian belief, the heart (ib) was the seat of intellect and morality, central to the weighing of the heart ritual before Osiris. Amulets of this type were intended to provide protection and spiritual integrity in the afterlife.

Stylistically consistent with productions of the Late Period (664–332 B.C.). Dating based on typological comparison.
