It was made with barley malted in Port Ellen with a phenol content of 40 ppm. Aroma: Warm shortbread and baked apples are complemented by robust peat smoke. Taste: Creamy vanilla custard blends with ginger-lemon soda and freshly baked apple pie. Aftertaste: Long-lasting with strong smoke.
