This decorative porcelain box was made in Japan during the 20th century and features an elegant hand-painted design in the Imari style. The lid is decorated with a beautiful floral composition with gilt accents, and the finial is formed as a small blue dog figure, giving the piece a charming decorative character. The box comes with its original storage box. Condition: Overall in good condition. There is a small chip or kiln imperfection on the inner rim, visible when the lid is opened (see photo).
