The design is pure mid-century Japanese commercial art: deep cobalt-blue enamel, smooth and glossy, sets off bold white calligraphy that commands attention from a distance. The "Tsukasa" side centres the kanji 司 in a powerful, angular brushstroke style, while the reverse features the flowing, expressive grass-script characters of 美峰盛 — two contrasting typographic personalities on a single sign. The company name is rendered in pre-reform kanji (株式會社 rather than modern 株式会社), placing this sign in the early-to-mid Shōwa period, when porcelain enamel was the standard medium for durable outdoor advertising across Japan.
