Half Acre - Verschiedene Biere – siehe Beschreibung - 355 ml - 6 flaschen

1) Immortal Benthic (2025) Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry 14.1% ABV (4.39) of 743 Ratings Bourbon & Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Madagascar Vanilla. 2025 Immortal enjoys 19-year Old Fitz, 8-year Wild Turkey and 10-year Russell Reserve, and Apple Brandy barrels with varied residency of up to three-years before a smaller addition of our hand-toasted coconut and madagascar Vanilla. Pouring it, a burnt umber head disappears into a distiller’s showcase of woody, bourbon, apple snifter surprise . First sips draw the coconut and vanilla forward, but it’s an oak show, whiskey caramel apple dapple bunt cake autumn hellraiser. 2) Double Barrel 2x4 Benthic (2025) Vintage of Double Barrel 2x4 Benthic Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double 16.1% ABV (4.61) of 652 Ratings Double bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout with coconut, coffee and vanilla. 3) Triple Barrel Benthic (2025) Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee 17.8% ABV (4.55) of 649 Ratings Bourbon & Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut & Coffee. Yes, the entire volume was aged in three rounds of barrels — Round One: Elijah Craig, Four Roses and Willett. Round Two: all Buffalo Trace. Round Three: Sazerac Rye and Russell’s Reserve. 23 months total time resting in wood. So much work sourcing lumber and carefully moving beer barrel-to-barrel to yield wonderfully giant stout. A standard touch of coconut and half the coffee we usually push, Triple Barrel Benthic will have you looking to muddle Demerars and top it all with candied Luxardos . A little spice, flaming marshmallow, a furry ape hug of brown booze and a hat tip to the barrel team. 4) Marabi Benthic (2025) Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry 16.8% ABV (4.17) of 654 Ratings Jamaican Rum & Amburana Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut & Marquesas Islands Vanilla. Did you read all that? Gotta head way out to find new earth. A score of freshly dumped Jamaican Rum barrels headed stateside led us to a small dose of Amburana barrel stock for its baking spice before coconut and a fruity vanilla variety from the Marquesas. We wanted to drink the Islands. Rum drinks, Fruit, cherry, bubblegum drizzled on sticky chocolate stout laffy taffy. Duncan says it’s like Elvis singing to you at a Cantonese restaurant and I think he’s right. 5) Vanilla Benthic (2025) Vintage of Vanilla Benthic Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry 13.9% ABV (4.44) of 546 Ratings Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Madagascar Vanilla. Vanilla Benthic is so reliably delicious we keep it coming back year after year. We opted for wide range of wood — Willett, Weller, Russell’s Reserve, Blanton’s and Buffalo Trace. We doubled the toasted coconut to rise and meet the intensity of the Madagascar Vanilla. With Vanilla Benthic, a no-brainer big pour has sand colored head standing tall above jet-black stout. The combination halo effect of these decadent raw materials is soft and all-encompassing. Underlying bourbon, melted chocolate ice cream, last night’s fire and tons of vanilla blend with notes of today’s endless options of good-for-you coconut drinks. ’Nilla. 6) Benthic (2025) Vintage of Benthic Half Acre Beer Company Stout - Imperial / Double Pastry 13.9% ABV (4.33) of 509 Ratings Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Coffee. A big pour down the side sends a bolt of nostalgia reminding how these beers shift from something we make to something we enjoy and share. Built on a trunk of complex, high kilned malts and rare Weller and Blanton barrels, Classic Benthic has grown an ever-wider base to mount the entire arsenal of flavors you’ll see in the collection. An enduring head retention offers a frappe fluff with a dollop of bourbon splashed atop Coconut’s soft lull and coffee’s uppity edge. All of it centering an inner warmth of enjoyment sure to needle the stout heads.
