Coming from the famous Cretaceous outcrops of Lebanon. These fossil deposits were first mentioned by the Greek historian Herodotus where he said there were "fish in the stones". It is a fairly good quality specimen. Regarding restorations or repairs: their outline have simply been slightly excavated to make them stand out (highligh) from the natural matrix. A stabilizer has also been applied to its surface for better preservation. No color enhancement have been applied. All of our fossils come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
