ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier renommierten internationalen fotografischen Vereinigungen zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES (2024/2023/2021/2018) gekürt.
Sie ist Absolventin von HASSELBLAD MASTERS, WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS u. a.
Sie hat in angesehenen Galerien und während Biennalen in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) u. a. ausgestellt.

Sie wurde sogar im EUROPAWAHNLALTER im Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel gezeigt. Die jüngste Erwerbung ihres Werks erfolgte durch die Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Regierung in Schweden. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihr Werk halten, zählt das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm große Installation ihres Werks am Eingang der Abteilung für Kinderkrebsmeldungen zeigt.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, sie habe ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie. Adobe, die Macher von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.
Sie wird heute von einigen der respektiertesten Fotografieinstitutionen wie THE FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS, HASSELBLAD, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, DER GREIF, ADOBE, SAATCHI ART, WPPI, PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS u. a. anerkannt und gefördert.

Sie steht nun an dem Punkt ihrer Karriere, an dem sie von professionellen Wettbewerben weltweit um Jurysiege gebeten wird und Einladungen erhält, bei Fotografie-Seminaren zu sprechen. Sie ist sogar eine wiederkehrende Jurorin des FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.
