ELENA PARASKEVA wurde 2024/2023/2021/2018 von vier verschiedenen, renommierten internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften zur "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR" ernannt.
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris usw. und fungiert seit 2021 als ehrenwerte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in der Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel ausgestellt, ebenso wie in Biennalen und renommierten Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Malaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw.

Die jüngste Anschaffung ihrer Arbeiten erfolgte durch das Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Government in Schweden. Unter den öffentlichen Einrichtungen, die ihre Arbeiten besitzen, ist das Boston Children’s Hospital in den USA besonders erwähnenswert, das eine 500 cm Installation ihrer Arbeiten am Eingang zur Abteilung für Kinderkrebs hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der "Artists To Watch" gewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie "eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche". Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie "ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie" habe. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeiten als "erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache", und ScanArt International nannte sie "eine Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen".
