ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, angesehenen internationalen Foto-Gesellschaften 2024/2023/2021/2018 zum FOTOGRAF DES JAHRES gewählt.
Sie ist Alumna der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris etc. und fungiert seit 2021 als geschätzte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in dem Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel ausgestellt, ebenso wie in Biennalen und renommierten Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw.

Die jüngste Akquisition ihrer Arbeit erfolgte durch die Public Art Department der Västra Götaland-Region Schwedens. Zu den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihr Werk besitzen, gehört besonders das Boston Hospital in den USA, das eine 500 cm Installation ihres Werks am Eingang seiner Kinderkrebsabteilung zeigt.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, einer der größten Kunstorganisationen, nannte sie „eine der größten Talente in der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, dass sie ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und große Expertise in der Fotografie habe. Adobe, die Macher von Photoshop, lobten ihr Werk als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International bezeichnete sie als „Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.

Sie wurde auf den Seiten und Covern einer Vielzahl von Publikationen veröffentlicht, darunter The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Aesthetica, Vogue.it, Lensculture, Photography Masterclass, PDN etc.
Sie befindet sich derzeit an einem Punkt ihrer Karriere, an dem sie gefragt ist, professionelle Wettbewerbe weltweit zu jurieren, und wird eingeladen, auf Fotografie-Seminaren zu sprechen.

Sie wurde von ADOBE (den Machern von Photoshop) beauftragt, Fachleute aus der ganzen Welt in ihre kreativen und Bearbeitungsprozesse zu unterrichten.
