ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier verschiedenen, renommierten internationalen fotografischen Gesellschaften als FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES (2024/2023/2021/2018) ausgezeichnet.
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris etc. und fungiert seit 2021 als geschätzte Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat ausgestellt im EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT in Brüssel sowie in Biennalen und angesehenen Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokio, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Siena (Italien) usw.

Der jüngste Ankauf ihrer Arbeiten erfolgte durch die Public Art Department der Västra Götaland Regierung in Schweden.
