ELENA PARASKEVA wurde von vier unterschiedlichen, angesehenen internationalen Fotografengesellschaften in den Jahren 2024/2023/2021/2018 zur FOTOGRAFIN DES JAHRES ernannt.
Sie ist Absolventin der Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris usw. und fungiert seit 2021 als angesehene Jurorin für das FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

Sie hat in dem Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel sowie in Biennales und renommierten Galerien in NYC, Paris, Tokyo, London, DUBAI, Wien, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Florenz, Frankfurt, Málaga (Spanien), Linz (Österreich), Graz (Österreich), Sienna (Italien) usw. ausgestellt.

Die jüngste Anschaffung ihrer Werke stammt vom Public Art Department der Västra Götaland-Regierung in Schweden. Unter den öffentlichen Institutionen, die ihr Werk besitzen, ist das Boston Hospital in den USA besonders bemerkenswert, das eine 500 cm lange Installation ihres Werks am Eingang seiner Abteilung für Kinderkrebserkrankungen hat.

Elena Paraskeva wurde von Saatchi Art als eine der „Artists To Watch“ ausgewählt. Der Vorsitzende der IAA, eine der größten Künstlerorganisationen, bezeichnete sie als „eine der größten Talente der Fotografiebranche“. Der Kurator des Florida Museum of Photographic Arts schrieb, sie habe ein beeindruckendes Portfolio und großes Fachwissen in der Fotografie. Adobe, die Schöpfer von Photoshop, lobten ihre Arbeit als „erstaunliche konzeptionelle Bildsprache“, und ScanArt International nannte sie „eine Meisterin des Surrealismus und konzeptioneller Erzählungen“.

Sie wurde in zahlreichen Publikationen veröffentlicht, darunter The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Aesthetica, Vogue.it, LensCulture, Photography Masterclass, PDN usw.
