Produced by the renowned Monchiero Carbone winery, located in the enchanting Langhe region, the renowned heart of Italian viticulture.
This wine is made exclusively from Barbera grapes, which are carefully selected and hand-picked in the early morning hours to preserve their freshness. The winemaking process follows traditional methods, but employs modern technologies that allow for controlled fermentation and maturation in large oak barrels. This process ensures the preservation of the fruity aromas typical of the Barbera grape, enriched with subtle spicy and vanilla notes from the wood.
