Carpenter, WUSL) Separated well-defined, equilibrated chondrules containing Cr-magnetite are set in a fine-grained matrix containing Cr-magnetite (stained orange in thin section by secondary Fe oxides) with inclusions of pentlandite, chlorapatite, merrillite and ferrihydrite.
Geochemistry: Olivine (Fa32.1±0.3, range Fa31.8-32.4, N = 4), low-Ca pyroxene (Fs26.2±0.9Wo1.2±1.0, range Fs25.4-27.5Wo0.6-2.7, N = 4), high-Ca pyroxene (Fs9.0Wo47.8), plagioclase (An55.3-90.8Or1.5-0.1, N = 3), magnetite (Cr2O3 4.3-4.7 wt.%, N = 4).
